jilil Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilil platform available at jilil.net (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), together with the jilil Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the jilil Platform. jilil reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and jilil with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and jilil.

To register and use the jilil Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to online casino gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilil, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jilil or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jilil reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jilil's sole discretion.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the jilil Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering a jilil account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jilil immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your jilil account, whether or not authorized by you.

jilil reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where jilil has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

jilil accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jilil's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jilil account balance upon confirmation of receipt by jilil's payment processing systems. jilil does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

jilil does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. jilil is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

All funds deposited into your jilil account are held in a segregated account and are not used for jilil's operational expenses. Your deposited funds are available for withdrawal subject to the conditions set out in Section 5 of this Agreement.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your jilil account dashboard. Before your first withdrawal is processed, jilil is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Identity verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID).
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name).

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during banking hours. jilil does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jilil reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, which will be communicated to players through the Platform.

All games available on the jilil Platform — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, and table games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jilil's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios using real cards, real roulette wheels, and professional dealers operating under strict protocols.

jilil reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, jilil will endeavor to restore the affected player's account to the state it was in immediately prior to the affected game round.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting systems, engage in collusion, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

jilil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jilil reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse: jilil reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilil Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the jilil Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilil staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jilil Platform.

jilil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC checks within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under jilil's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable fees. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returnable upon account closure due to breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jilil account may do so by contacting jilil support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

All content on the jilil Platform — including but not limited to the jilil brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilil or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without jilil's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of jilil's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jilil's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit jilil's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilil's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

jilil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jilil.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilil implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jilil cannot guarantee absolute security.

jilil is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jilil Platform.

jilil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilil will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jilil Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jilil Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilil from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
